Tracy Strobel

President
Tracy Strobel is the Executive Director of Cuyahoga County Public Library. From 2011 to 2013, Tracy served as the U.S. representative to the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation’s International Network of Emerging Library Innovators. She is a member of the Public Library Association Board of Directors (2016-2019) and the American Library Association’s (ALA) Office for Information Technology Policy Advisory Committee (2015-2019). In February 2020, Tracy was appointed to the board of The Center for Community Solutions, a nonpartisan think tank focused on solutions to health, social and economic issues.
Monica K. Brown

Monica Brown serves as the VP for Human Resources & Administration at the Cleveland Foundation, where she has worked since 2006. She is the chair and co-founder of the Collaboration for Nonprofit HR Professionals and very active in her community of Lakewood, Ohio, where she resides with her family.

Neal Rains is past president, the Print Club and Cleveland Bar Foundation. He was a trustee of Gordon Square Arts District, Near West Theatre, Cleveland Play House, and other nonprofits. Neal is a retired law firm partner. B.A., the University of Iowa, J.D., Northwestern University Law School.

Bill is on the Board of Directors of the Solon Chamber of Commerce and the Solon Benevolent Fund. He has served as a Solon Councilman since 2007, and is the President of Greater Cleveland Adult Baseball (GCAB) and a member of the Solon Italian Club. Allyn A. Davies

Ms. Davies is the Co-Owner of The Merrymeeting Group. She serves on the Cuyahoga County Library Operating Board for which she was appointed by the Cuyahoga County Executive with confirmation by the Cuyahoga County Council. She also serves on the Cleveland Central Catholic High School Advisory Board.

Janet AuWerter
Janet AuWerter has an extensive professional background in advertising, public relations, and fundraising. As a volunteer, she has used those skills to raise awareness and funding for many civic, not-for-profit, educational, and religious organizations.
Caroline Borrow, PhD
Caroline is a mathematics educator interested in helping students and teachers learn the “why” and “how” of mathematical concepts. Caroline enjoys helping spread the Library’s mission of lifelong learning and civic engagement. She serves on other boards throughout Cleveland.
Helen Rankin Butler
Helen Rankin Butler serves as Board Chair at Hathaway Brown School. Her strong background in education and leadership began at HB as a student and later Trustee. Prior, Helen taught 5th grade in New York City and spent 11 years as a residential camp director.
Cindy Chaiten
Cindy is a Wealth Management Advisor with Merrill Lynch and has been in financial services for over 20 years. She served on the Board of Directors of the Mandel Jewish Day School for seven years, five of those as Development Committee Chair. Cindy lives in Shaker Heights with her husband and two daughters.
Quo Vadis Cobb
Quo Vadis is the Vice President of Internal Audit for Jacobs. She holds a BA from Mount Holyoke College, MA from CMU and JD/MPA from Syracuse University. She’s on the board of directors for The Legal Aid Society of Cleveland and CCPLF, and is a former board member of The City Mission.
Bob DiBiasio
Bob is SVP/Public Affairs for the Cleveland Guardians. 2022 is his 44th season with his hometown team. He serves on a variety of boards in Cleveland, including his role as President of Cleveland Guardians Charities. He is also the President of the Greater Cleveland Sports Hall of Fame.
Eric Dicken
Eric L. Dicken is the Director of the Chief of Staff Office at Cleveland Clinic. His career includes leadership roles in higher education and nonprofit arts and culture organizations. He lives in Cleveland’s Gordon Square Arts District. B.A., Hiram College; MEd, Kent State; MNO, Case Western Reserve University.
Susan Donlan
Susan Donlan is Chief Communications Officer for KeyCorp. Prior to joining Key, Susan served as VP, Corporate Communications at TD Bank Group. Before beginning her career in banking, Susan held a range of positions in the Canadian government. She lives in Shaker Heights with her family.
Lori Ann Franklin
Lori Ann Franklin is the Chief Operating Officer for OverDrive, Inc., the global distributor of digital ebooks, audiobooks, and magazines for libraries and schools. Bowling Green State University, B.S./B.A., Baldwin Wallace University, MBA.
Jennifer Hartford
Jennifer Hartford serves on a number of civic and nonprofit boards in the Cleveland area. She enthusiastically supports the Cuyahoga County Public Library’s mission to encourage reading and education while providing invaluable services to the community. Jennifer lives in Shaker Heights with her husband and two daughters.
Ron Konstantinovsky
Ron is a VP & Relationship Manager in the Institutional Real Estate Group at Huntington Bank, where he has worked since 2007. Ron has a B.S. in Economics from Ohio State and completed the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He previously worked as a volunteer and board member at several local nonprofits. Ron is a Cleveland native and currently resides in Orange with his wife, two children, dog, and cat.
Bridget Martin
Bridget Martin is Senior Vice President and Assistant General Auditor for the PNC Financial Services Group. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Ohio University and a Master of Business Administration from Cleveland State University. Bridget lives in Bay Village with her husband and four young children.
Lisa Cynamon Mayers
Lisa Cynamon Mayers is a Senior Admissions Consultant with Road To College, a boutique college admissions consulting firm. Lisa is passionate about promoting literacy and developing a love of reading in children and adults. She lives in Beachwood with her husband and two teenage daughters.
Shaun Ng
Shaun Ng joined the Cleveland Clinic in October 2016 as Managing Director in Investments. Prior to joining the Clinic, Shaun spent 17 years at the World Bank, heading various functions in Asset Management and Finance. Shaun began his career at PwC London. He lives in Beachwood with his family.
Anthony M. Panzica
Tony Panzica is the CEO of Panzica Construction and is a member of the Board of Trustees for Arts Cleveland, Gilmour Academy, and Ursuline College. As a dedicated patron of the arts, he serves on the Board of Directors for Cleveland Playhouse and Gulfshore Playhouse in Naples, FL. Tony resides in Gates Mills with his family.
Jerry Peña
Jerry, at heart, is a community organizer and social justice practitioner. He has over 20 years of experience advocating for people of color and organizing to change policies that have impacted impoverished communities in this country. Jerry holds a B.A. in Organizational Leadership from Baldwin Wallace University with a minor in Communications. He is a fellow at the James Lawson Institute, a Network Builder at Neighborhood Connections, and the Founder/Partner at Gradient, A Human Equity Think Tank focused on culture and change management.
Anne-Marie Petros
Anne-Marie Petros is an owner/director of Tensing Pen Hotel in Jamaica. She spent the last 20 years volunteering at several nonprofits. She sits on the board of the Womens Council of the Cleveland Museum of Art. She lives in Hinckley with her husband Sam and their four children. CWRU, MBA 2000.
Lisa Priemer
Lisa Priemer is a former educator who lives in Bay Village with her husband and four children. For six years, she served as a board member for the Bay Village Board of Education where she held the positions of Vice President and President. During her leadership, she spearheaded curriculum and safety initiatives and led in appointing treasurers and a superintendent.
George Sample
George is Vice President – People & Culture for the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. Prior to joining the Bank, George served as the Director of Human Resources for the Cuyahoga County Public Library. George serves on numerous boards of non-profit organizations like United Way of Greater Cleveland and JumpStart. He resides in Strongsville with his wife Tanya and his daughters Jordan and AJ. George coaches travel soccer and plays recreational basketball and tournament paintball.
Caroline Selman
Caroline has worked in human resources for 25 years, eventually opening her own HR consulting company. She is passionate about the work CCPL does for the Cleveland community, most notably programs involving children’s literacy. Caroline and her husband David have two daughters, ages 20 and 23.
Lorie Hollington Smith
Lorie is the Associate Director of Advancement at University School, focusing her work on major giving and alumni engagement. She is a lawyer by training and has served on both corporate and non-profit boards. Lorie is a lifelong reader. She and her husband have three grown children and live in Pepper Pike.
Tara Stewart
Tara Stewart is VP Supplier Quality for Eaton Corp. and is a former educator with a passion for lifelong learning. Tara is also on the board of Equality Ohio. She lives in Cleveland Heights with her husband, Don. Eastern Michigan University, M.S. in Quality Management; Marquette University, MBA.
April Walker
April Walker (she/her) is a nonprofit and foundation consultant, equity champion, and writer. April’s career in philanthropy spans grantmaking, fundraising, and consulting roles at the American Heart Association, Boys & Girls Clubs of Chicago, CCS Fundraising, and VNA Foundation. In 2021, April founded an equity-centered consulting firm, Philanthropy for the People, to center racial equity and social justice in fundraising and grantmaking.
