Reading The Green Golf Outing is an annual Cuyahoga County Public Library Foundation fundraiser and friendraiser. The primary focus is to raise funds, allowing the CCPLF to annually award grants to the Library. Additionally, Reading The Green provides an opportunity for those connected to the CCPLF to introduce others to the Foundation and its mission in a fun, relaxed manner.

The Cleveland Guardians
Bob has been on the CCPL Foundation Board since 2018. He is Senior Vice President of Public Affairs for the Cleveland Guardians. 2026 marks his 47th season with his hometown team. He serves on a variety of boards in Cleveland, including his role as President of Cleveland Guardians Charities. He is also the President of the Greater Cleveland Sports Hall of Fame.
